Summary We are recruiting a Marketing Director to lead strategic initiatives for our client’s brand—overseeing high-impact projects and ensuring all marketing efforts strengthen brand equity and uphold a premium market position. This role is ideal for a seasoned marketing leader with a blend of strategic vision, creative acumen, and proven experience driving growth for high-end, design-driven brands.
Location Chicago, IL.
Compensation Compensation comprises of a lucrative Base Salary + Bonus.
Key Responsibilities
Own the brand voice and overall marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and premium market positioning.
Develop and implement integrated marketing communications across multiple channels, audience segments, and global markets.
Oversee marketing budgets, identify resourcing needs, and manage relationships with agencies and external partners.
Lead the planning and execution of product launches and major brand initiatives in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Drive key areas of marketing communications, including:
Social media strategy, content planning, execution, and performance analysis.
Email marketing strategy, campaign calendar development, and performance tracking.
Event partnerships and experiential activations.
Print media planning, partnerships, and placements.
Development of sales collateral, dealer displays, and point-of-purchase marketing assets.
Lead the brand’s content strategy—owning the annual content calendar, creative ideation, and execution including photo and video shoots, timelines, budgets, and partner management.
Manage and evolve brand messaging and content for the website, including asset creation, content development, and digital tools tailored to customers, trade professionals, and dealer partners.
Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in marketing communications, with a strong background in leading brand and marketing strategy.
Proven expertise in managing social media, content planning and development, and email marketing campaigns.
Demonstrated ability to own and evolve a brand within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and growth-focused environment.
Exceptional writing skills and a strong sense of storytelling, with the ability to craft compelling narratives across various content formats.
