We are recruiting a Marketing Director to lead strategic initiatives for our client’s brand—overseeing high-impact projects and ensuring all marketing efforts strengthen brand equity and uphold a premium market position. This role is ideal for a seasoned marketing leader with a blend of strategic vision, creative acumen, and proven experience driving growth for high-end, design-driven brands.

Compensation

Compensation comprises of a lucrative Base Salary + Bonus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the brand voice and overall marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and premium market positioning.
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing communications across multiple channels, audience segments, and global markets.
  • Oversee marketing budgets, identify resourcing needs, and manage relationships with agencies and external partners.
  • Lead the planning and execution of product launches and major brand initiatives in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Drive key areas of marketing communications, including:
    • Social media strategy, content planning, execution, and performance analysis.
    • Email marketing strategy, campaign calendar development, and performance tracking.
    • Event partnerships and experiential activations.
    • Print media planning, partnerships, and placements.
    • Development of sales collateral, dealer displays, and point-of-purchase marketing assets.
  • Lead the brand’s content strategy—owning the annual content calendar, creative ideation, and execution including photo and video shoots, timelines, budgets, and partner management.
  • Manage and evolve brand messaging and content for the website, including asset creation, content development, and digital tools tailored to customers, trade professionals, and dealer partners.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in marketing communications, with a strong background in leading brand and marketing strategy.
  • Proven expertise in managing social media, content planning and development, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ability to own and evolve a brand within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and growth-focused environment.
  • Exceptional writing skills and a strong sense of storytelling, with the ability to craft compelling narratives across various content formats.
