Senior Manager, District Marketing

to serve as the bridge between NCDS and our five districts across the state. This is not a “delegate and disappear” role — it’s a chance to lead and execute with ownership, creativity, and vision. You’ll set strategy, but you’ll also be directly involved in getting the work done. What You’ll Do

Build trusted relationships with district leaders and help them better serve their members. Develop and deliver strategic initiatives that grow leadership, membership, and engagement. Plan and execute events from start to finish — with full ownership and accountability. Create compelling content for newsletters, eblasts, social media, digital platforms, and our quarterly print journal. Partner with staff and vendors to bring campaigns, graphics, and event marketing to life. Use tools like Cvent, Salesforce, and Pardot to manage registrations, marketing, and engagement. Manage and mentor at least one direct report, while also leading by example as a contributor. What We’re Looking For

7+ years of marketing, communications, public relations, or events experience (association or consulting background a plus). A strategic thinker who’s also ready to jump into the day-to-day. Excellent communicator and relationship builder — comfortable working with diverse stakeholders. Proactive, detail-oriented, and creative problem solver. Skilled in digital platforms (Salesforce, Pardot, Cvent). Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, events, or related field preferred. Why Join Us?
