Overview COREPOWER YOGA STUDIO COORDINATOR (SC) —Support the world class CorePower Yoga studio experience, coordinating studio operations and upholding high health and safety standards. This role, aligned with our Core Values, works with the Studio Manager to deliver results and growth toward company and studio-level goals. This description includes both part-time and full-time entry-level pathways and outlines responsibilities, skills, and benefits.

Responsibilities — Part-Time Studio Coordinator

Act as an ambassador of the CorePower Yoga Core Values and inspire these values in others.

Support the Studio Manager in achieving goals: membership growth, retail sales, community outreach, teacher and SET recruitment, and programming enrollment.

Commit to a flexible schedule of 18-29 hours per week in studio, including operations coordination, teaching (if certified), health and safety protocol execution, front desk guidance, and team support.

Serve as the studio-level point of contact for students and staff when the Studio Manager is not present.

Maintain studio supply inventory and cleanliness materials (towels, amenities, programming materials, etc.).

Engage with the studio community, greet students by name, and foster community at the front desk.

Support teachers’ learning experience with POS and pre/post class duties.

Responsibilities — Health, Safety and Cleanliness

Uphold high cleanliness and functionality standards for the studio, including safe environment, optimal heat/humidity, music, and uncluttered spaces.

Communicate Smart Health Protocols to students upon entry and during visits.

Act as an extension of the Studio Experience Team (SET): cleaning, stocking amenities, and ensuring cleanliness protocols are followed while on duty.

Coordinate SET scheduling, handle no-call/no-shows, and train new SET members; lead orientation on cleanliness and role expectations.

Coordinate and train on studio systems (POS, Online Reservation System, Subbing Application, HRIS, Help Desk) and communicate needs to the Studio Manager.

Teaching Schedule

Teach a minimum of 6 CorePower Yoga classes per week and sub as needed to support the schedule (if certified).

Skills & Experience

Demonstrated CorePower Yoga Core Values.

Excellent oral communication, professionalism, and interpersonal skills.

Customer service experience required.

Yoga Alliance 200-hour certification preferred; Yoga Sculpt teacher training preferred.

Familiar with studio systems (HRIS, intranet, POS, scheduling, payroll, etc.).

Ability to build relationships with diverse individuals and work under deadlines.

Self-starter with ability to take on new projects; proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

College degree (BA/BS) preferred.

Availability must match business needs, including morning, evening, weekend, and some holiday shifts.

Ability to move around the studio, crouch, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs.

If certified to teach, ability to step in with little notice while scheduled.

As a Studio Coordinator (SC), you support the world class CorePower Yoga studio experience, coordinate studio operations, and maintain health and safety standards. This full-time role is an entry-level position to learn the business and develop the skillset to operate a studio.

Responsibilities — Full-Time Studio Coordinator

Engage with the studio community; greet students by name and foster community at the front desk.

Support teachers’ learning experience with POS and other duties.

Health, Safety and Cleanliness — Full-Time

Maintain high cleanliness standards; ensure safe environment, proper heat/humidity, and organized spaces.

Communicate health protocols to students; work with SET on cleanliness and scheduling; train on studio systems and processes.

Teaching Schedule — Full-Time

Teach a minimum of 6 classes per week and sub as needed.

Qualifications

CorePower Yoga values alignment; excellent communication and customer service experience.

Yoga Alliance 200-hour certification preferred; Yoga Sculpt training preferred.

Experience with studio systems; strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; college degree preferred.

Additional Details
