This role supports the delivery and enhancement of GSIS pre- and post-sale service capabilities by utilizing established operational procedures, advanced artificial intelligence (AI) technology and innovative problem solving to complete all required tasks in alignment with expected operational and regulatory standards.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities*** Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the institutional advisory marketplace and GSIS service model.* Provide operational support to advance GSIS sales and client service activities.* Ensure compliance with all operational, legal and regulatory requirements for oversight of GSIS accounts.* Leverage Microsoft Copilot AI technology to build scalable efficiencies for researching prospective clients, completing RFPs, creating client and sales presentations, writing general content for the adviser and other activities as appropriate.* Conduct research on prospective clients to gather key information, including contact details, account types, asset sizes and investment relationships.* Create comprehensive client summaries to support strategic interactions by senior GSIS leadership.* Facilitate the production and ongoing review of materials such as RFPs, client account review presentations, sales collateral and other content.* Collaborate with team members to refine client service procedures and operational workflows.* Optimize processes to meet client needs and promote GSIS sales objectives.* Interact with prospective and existing clients as a back-up to the Senior Manager Investment Services when that individual is traveling for business or is otherwise out of the office.* Other duties may be assigned by the Managing Director Investment Services or Senior Manager Investment Services.**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
