We are committed to having a diverse workforce that reflects our communities, and we seek highly motivated lawyers and staff who value our culture of respect and teamwork.This non-exempt position supports the firm’s marketing communications functions while also overseeing the development/maintenance of web content and assisting with the technical execution of updates in Foundation the firm’s experience management system (and other firm platforms as needed), ensuring consistency across such tools and responsiveness to internal clients/requests. This position reports to the Director of Marketing Communications and works closely with members of the Marketing Communications, Media, Business Development, and IT teams.**Essential Duties****Marketing Communications Support*** Assist in the ongoing development/updating of the firm’s marketing materials, including digital and print mailings, advertising, and other creative projects.* Support the creation and editing of pitch and proposal materials.* Update proposal generation content on an ongoing basis.* Participate in project management activities for creative, digital mailings, and print projects.* Support CRM, InterAction, data review and integration projects.* Support the design, development, and enhancements for the firm’s external website, experience manager, and proposal generator.* Produce and analyze monthly reports on website traffic and visibility on search engines.* Knowledgeable in AI-driven tools to optimize marketing communications and streamline workflows for efficiency.* Proofread marketing materials for accuracy and adherence to AP guidelines.* Other duties as assigned.**Digital Content & Experience Coordination*** Perform daily updates in the firm’s experience management platform Foundation, including syncing, data entry, and document uploads.* Execute page-by-page edits for audits and content refreshes of various content.* Support Chambers submissions by updating client/matter numbers and correcting profile inconsistencies.* Coordinate and execute updates to the firm’s website and intranet.* Collaborate with graphic designers and content owners to ensure brand and accessibility standards are met across all platforms.* Maintain structured update protocols to ensure consistency and responsiveness to internal requests.**Reporting Relationship**The Marketing Coordinator reports to the Director of Marketing Communications.**Qualifications****Knowledge / Experience*** 2+ years marketing, advertising, design, corporate communications, or related experience.* Law firm or professional services marketing experience highly preferred.* Experience with CMS platforms and basic HTML/CSS.* Familiarity with Litera Foundation or similar experience management tools.* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured update protocols.* Ensures high-quality writing through careful proofreading and clear verbal communication.* Extremely strong political acumen.* Advanced project management skills with proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Smartsheet or similar project management platforms. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.* Ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys, professional-level staff, IT teams, and peers.* Effectively manages multiple priorities while remaining flexible and adaptable in rapidly changing environments.**Education**Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Design, or equivalent work experience required.**Physical Demands**Must be able to move around the office up to 15% of the time to make copies, fax, file, etc.; remain stationary up to 85% of the time. Operates computers and other office productivity machines regularly. While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently communicates and exchanges information with attorneys and staff.
