Responsibilities

  • Determines and applies design and compliance standards to marketing and communication materials, from conception through the delivery of the finished product.
  • Reviews and edits existing promotional materials for adherence to style guidelines; develops and evolves guidelines, as needed.
  • Oversees updates and creation of a variety of reports on a quarterly basis including company overviews, market highlights, newsletter, and other client-specific reports and exhibits.
  • Establishes and maintains guidelines for presentations and provides internal consultation to relationship managers, investment team members, and management on graphic presentations.
  • Oversees preparation of meeting materials to further enhance client relationships.
  • Participates in creative design for internal and external websites.

Qualifications

  • Educational Requirements: University (Degree) Preferred
  • Work Experience: 3+ Years Required; 5+ Years Preferred

Posting and Compensation

Anticipated Posting End Date: 2025-09-23

Base Pay Range: $84,100/yr - $110,000/yr

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the compensation package may include participation in an incentive program as applicable.
