Overview

Akkodis is seeking a Content Producer for a contract with a client in Woonsocket, RI. Responsibilities include producing high-quality, engaging content in collaboration with subject matter experts and ensuring consistency and professionalism across all deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality content that enhances the colleague experience and aligns with brand standards.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and team members to create engaging and informative knowledge management materials.
• Ensure consistency and professionalism across all content while adhering to established guidelines and deadlines.
• Generate creative content ideas and adapt quickly to meet tight timelines in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
• Present content strategies and updates to senior leaders, incorporating feedback and iterating as needed.
• Utilize tools like Microsoft Office to produce, edit, and manage content efficiently, both independently and collaboratively.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in writing, editing, and content creation.
• Experience in the customer service industry is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to generate creative content ideas and deliver under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Details

Rate Range: $26/hour to $34/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Pay: $26.00 to $34.00 per hour
