We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Creative Producer to join our Creative Operations team. This role is located in New York City.

Responsibilities

  • lead complex, cross-functional projects in event production and video content creation. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience managing timelines, budgets, vendors, and creative teams across live, virtual, and hybrid events, as well as branded video productions.
  • Lead end-to-end project management for high-profile events and video productions, from concept through delivery.
  • Manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resources across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, creative teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Oversee production timelines, logistics, and deliverables for live events, virtual experiences, and video shoots.
  • Facilitate pre-production planning, including creative briefs, run-of-show documents, call sheets, and production schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, legal requirements, and safety protocols.
  • Identify risks and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track.
  • Provide clear communication and reporting to leadership and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of project management experience, with a strong background in event and video production.
  • Proven success managing large-scale events (corporate, experiential, or broadcast) and video projects (commercials, branded content, internal communications).
  • Deep understanding of production workflows, including pre-production, shoot logistics, post-production, and delivery.
  • Strong budgeting and vendor management skills. PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Workfront, Asana, Trello) and production software (e.g., Airtable, Frame.io).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with creative agency workflows and client-facing roles.
  • Experience with hybrid event platforms and remote production tools.
  • Background in creative direction or content strategy is a plus.

BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $85,000 and $160,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and company- sponsored benefit programs.

This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
