Overview
Marketing Specialist role at U.S. Bank. This role is responsible for the development and implementation of multi-channel marketing programs and strategies to support business line goals. The work includes marketing, advertising, promotions, sales collateral and point of sale materials. Delivers measurable, customer-centric, multi-channel marketing programs to maximize customer growth, retention and engagement. Evaluates and measures program results to optimize investment. Collaborates with internal partners and agencies to ensure branding and compliance with laws, regulations and bank policies. Coordinates and executes marketing events such as tradeshows, seminars, industry sponsorships, local events, etc., to achieve business line goals. Provides solutions and problem solving for business line objectives.
Location: Los Angeles, CA (salary range listed below). This role may include a hybrid/flexible schedule with in-office requirements and flexibility to work from other locations as needed.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement multi-channel marketing programs aligned with business line goals.
- Create marketing materials including advertising, promotions, sales collateral and point of sale assets; ensure branding and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal partners and external agencies; coordinate with leadership teams on events such as tradeshows, seminars, industry sponsorships and local events.
- Measure program results, optimize investments, and apply learnings to future campaigns.
- Provide marketing solutions and problem-solving support for business line objectives.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Two to four years of experience in the marketing industry

- Ability to lead projects and deliver data-driven, customer-centric marketing that is relevant to audiences
- Ability to work independently and complete projects on target, on time, and on budget
- Capability to fully manage, and sometimes lead, projects as outlined by leadership to support company goals
- Adaptability based on data, research, and learnings from prior campaigns
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and team-building skills
- Well-developed written and oral communication, including presentation skills
- Proficient computer navigation skills across diverse software packages
