This practice is looking for a dynamic Studio Coordinator to support the daily operations of their New York studio. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of administration, culture, and creative energy, acting as the right hand to senior leadership, managing executive-level support and studio coordination to keep the team operating smoothly in a fast-paced, highly visible environment.

Base pay range

$65,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive-level support to leadership, including calendar management, travel coordination, and occasional personal assistance.
  • Oversee day-to-day studio operations, including scheduling, office supply management, guest hosting, and overall studio organization.
  • Support financial administration through expense reports, billing coordination, and invoice processing in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Lead cultural and team initiatives such as events, presentations, and studio celebrations that reinforce a positive and creative workplace environment.
  • Partner with operations leadership on ad hoc projects, onboarding, and initiatives designed to improve studio efficiency and employee experience.

Key Skills/Requirements

  • Previous experience in an executive assistant, studio coordinator, or administrative support role, ideally within a creative or professional services setting.
  • A strong communicator with a confident, approachable personality who can build rapport at all levels.
  • Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to manage competing priorities and solve problems independently.
  • Comfortable handling both high-level executive support and everyday administrative tasks with equal professionalism.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and culture-oriented, with a passion for fostering an engaging and collaborative studio environment.
