We are looking for a Web Developer Level 1 with experience in:

  • UX Design
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Knowledge of analyst workflows and use cases
  • Ability to transform user requests into clean, multi-faceted solutions that support a broad range of users with varying workflows
  • Provides mock-ups in Illustrator of new features, receives feedback from analysts and developer community, and updates mock-ups accordingly
  • Keeps 508 compliance in mind when providing solutions
  • Designs overall look and feel for the ICON web-app
  • Familiarity with Knowledge Management and Curation (KMC) tool suite

CLEARANCE REQUIRED: TS/SCI w/ Polygraph

Responsibilities

  • Transform user requests into practical, scalable solutions for a diverse user base.
  • Produce Illustrator mock-ups for new features and incorporate feedback from analysts and development communities.
  • Ensure accessibility and compliance (508) in all solutions.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of the ICON web-app look and feel.
  • Leverage Knowledge Management and Curation tools as part of development work.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation Spotlight: Typical salary range starts at $100,000 and goes up to $150,000. The company aims to reward top talent with a comprehensive compensation package.
  • Health & Retirement: Group healthcare plans; SoftTech Solutions pays 100% of monthly premiums up to $2,000/month. Employee coverage begins on start date. Premiums under $1,000/month receive a quarterly bonus to cover the difference.
  • 401(k): Company contributes 10% of earnings; 4% employee contribution is matched; additional 6% company contribution; all contributions are immediately vested.
  • Education: Professional Development funds of $5,250 for approved tuition and related expenses.
  • Work/Life Balance: Three compensation packages offering 25, 35, or 45 days of paid time off annually, with up to 15 days carryover; leave without pay available for unworked days.
  • Additional Paid Time Off: Jury Duty (16 hours), Maternity/Paternity Leave (16 hours), Bereavement (24 hours).
  • Employee Appreciation Days: Two paid days off annually; unused time paid out at year-end.
