Overview

Technical Writer position with location options in Dallas, TX or Jersey City, NJ or Tampa, FL. No remote work; 2 days per week in the office required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains user and technical documentation and project process documentation.
• Understands the user's view of telecommunications technology and can logically sequence procedures.
• Provides expertise on technical concepts of network applications and user groups, and structures procedures in a logical sequence due to a broad understanding of the applications.
• Writes a variety of technical articles, reports, brochures, and/or manuals for documentation for a wide range of uses.
• May be responsible for coordinating the display of graphics and the production of the document.

Qualifications

• Candidate from technical background and able to write documentation for development community.
