Role Description
Your Role: The Associate Director, Digital Marketing will support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing initiatives across the portfolio, ensuring alignment with the US digital roadmap and Global digital strategies. They will collaborate with internal cross functional teams and external partners to drive innovation, manage digital vendors, support the management of AORs and deliver impactful digital solutions in key areas such as websites, display, SEO, SEM, paid search, CRM, EHRs, telehealth, relevant congress activities and opportunities, and dermatology + broad based 3rd party partners while maintaining compliance and achieving business objectives. General understanding of relevant backend functions, processes, and systems. This is a hybrid role, based out of LEO’s Madison, NJ office. Your Responsibilities: Plan, develop, execute, and measure digital activities across the portfolio, including email, paid media, websites, CRM, and HCP media plans including meeting with vendors to assess needs for brands. Lead the execution of the US digital and media brand plan, ensuring alignment with Global digital plans, as relevant. Collaborate with and manage digital vendors/partners, including key production vendors (e.g., web backend), to ensure timely and effective execution of digital initiatives. Manage and coordinate with vendors, 3rd-party partners, and AORs to ensure alignment with marketing goals and objectives. Track digital ad flighting, ensure specs/templates are met, and utilize message maps appropriately. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret metrics such as CTRs, impressions, engagement, and provide actionable insights Manage social media accounts, ensuring compliance with privacy and consent requirements. Deep understanding of social media platforms across HCP and Patient including the latest guidance, general specs, and message maps for flighting of all media. Research, select, and implement new digital opportunities to drive innovation, including social media and 3rd party partners. Focus on key digital areas such as Websites, IVAs, CRM & SMS, EHRs, telehealth, Webinar Solutions, Congress support, and Veeva integration. Work closely with internal cross functional teams and external partners to ensure effective deployment of marketing tactics. Your Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing; MBA preferred. At least 8-10 years of relevant experience. Expertise in designing digital and omnichannel projects with a deep understanding of brand strategy and marketing metrics Proven ability to support cross-functional teams and projects within a digital marketing center of excellence. Experience in pharmaceutical, agency, vendor, or brand environments is preferred. Strong communication skills to articulate strategies and insights effectively. Demonstrates digital competency across both end-user and Backend Ability to manage multiple agencies across interdependencies to build executable strategies/tactics Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously Experience working and partnering with multiple agencies including pitch, selection, project management, execution, and evaluation Ability and willingness to travel as required (Less than 10%) The base salary range for this position is $152,000 –227,000 USD per year. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the LEO Pharma range for this position. Salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
