Lead the development of the annual product strategy and longer-term roadmap for Schwinn and Mongoose core categories (bikes + parts & accessories) Identify new whitespace innovation opportunities within existing mass channels to drive future growth Own the Schwinn and Mongoose five-year innovation strategy, shaping the ideal-state portfolio based on consumer insights Manage the product lifecycle process, including SKU rationalization and portfolio health management Develop and implement consumer learning plans to inform product roadmaps and marketing strategies Conduct qualitative and quantitative consumer research in partnership with vendors to ensure strategies are grounded in the voice of the consumer Perform market and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, assess product performance, and uncover business opportunities Use research findings to define brand and product strategies that align with business goals and customer needs Education & Experience

Master’s Degree in Business with a focus on general management, strategy or marketing preferred but not required Minimum 5–10 years of experience in the consumer goods industry in one or more of the following roles: product marketing, brand management, or innovation marketing Background working for a manufacturer (fast-moving or durable goods preferred) Experience in both large and small company environments strongly preferred Proven success as a turnaround or change agent is a plus Strong strategic thinking, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority Effective presentation skills, including presenting to internal teams, senior leadership, brokers, and customers Proven project management skills with the ability to organize, prioritize, and deliver on multiple commitments Location & Working Arrangement

This role is based out of the Madison, WI corporate office and is eligible to participate in the company\'s Hybrid work program; working in the office 3 days and eligible to work remotely 2 days. Equal Opportunity & Compliance
