Our headquarters are in San Francisco (Salesforce Tower), but our team is distributed around the globe and we have a remote-first work culture. We are the company behind vCluster, an open-source technology for virtualizing Kubernetes (open source is part of our DNA). The adoption of our commercial product based on vCluster has grown extremely fast and our customer base includes some of the biggest companies in the world, including 6 Global Fortune 500 companies as well as some of the fastest-growing tech unicorns. Responsibilities
Shape the narrative around our Kubernetes and platform engineering solutions. Define how we position, message, and drive adoption of our products across key audiences. Ensure alignment between product, marketing, and sales, engaging developers, platform engineers, and cloud-native decision-makers. Develop crisp, compelling messaging and positioning for platform engineers, DevOps teams, and cloud architects. Own and produce core product marketing content (whitepapers, case studies, website copy, pitch decks, and videos) to drive awareness and engagement. Build and scale a comprehensive sales collateral library (battlecards, competitor comparisons, objection-handling guides, customer stories). Lead product release launches, set success metrics, and align marketing across multiple channels. Conduct market research and ICP analysis to translate insights into high-impact marketing initiatives. Monitor the market landscape and competitive positioning to craft differentiation strategies and enable sales teams. Collaborate with Customer Success and Community teams to amplify user success stories and customer advocacy. Establish cross-functional feedback loops with product, demand generation, sales, and customer success teams. Requirements
5+ years of enterprise software marketing experience, with at least 4 years in product marketing. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging for technical and non-technical audiences. Experience in Kubernetes, containers, DevOps technologies, and the cloud-native ecosystem. Proven track record in developing, executing, and iterating go-to-market strategies for software products. Experience building and maintaining sales enablement materials that drive pipeline and revenue growth. Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving startup environment and own projects from ideation to execution. Comfort collaborating cross-functionally with product, sales, developer relations, and demand generation teams. Experience with competitive analysis, positioning, and messaging development. Strong communication skills with a strategic mindset and execution focus. Public speaking experience (conferences, meetups, webinars, expert panels) is a plus. Benefits
