Digital Marketing & Advertising Specialist

$65,000 – $75,000 annually (DOE)

We support veterinary teams and pet owners with advanced diagnostic imaging, training, and telemedicine services. Our marketing efforts connect directly with veterinary professionals (B2B) and indirectly support pet owners (B2C), bridging the gap with helpful content, educational resources, and engaging campaigns that inspire trust and action.

We are growing and looking for a creative, data-driven Digital Marketing & Advertising Specialist to lead our multi-channel marketing initiatives. If you love building inbound funnels that attract, engage, and delight customers while also optimizing outbound and allbound strategies, this role is for you.

What We’re Looking For

Multi-Channel Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
  • Manage both inbound and outbound strategies, balancing awareness, lead generation, and conversion.

Content Creation & Design

  • Produce engaging video, graphic, and written content that resonates with both veterinary professionals and pet owners.
  • Maintain content inventory of brand creatives across social media, email, digital ads, CRM and website.

CRM & Marketing Emails

  • Build and manage marketing emails in HubSpot, including segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.
  • Create and optimize CTAs, landing pages, and forms to drive conversions and improve user experience.
  • Develop simple automated workflows and lead nurturing campaigns that guide prospects through the buyer’s journey.
  • Monitor campaign performance and attribution to ensure marketing efforts translate into sales pipeline growth and customer retention.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance across all channels.
  • Implement A/B testing and continuously refine strategies for better results.

Collaboration & Strategy

  • Partner with leadership, education, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Contribute to big-picture strategy while rolling up your sleeves to execute hands-on campaigns.

Good Fit Candidates

  • 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or a similar role.
  • Proven success in managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and paid social campaigns.
  • Strong and confident video editing and graphic design skills (Adobe Suite, Canva, or equivalent).
  • Expertise in HubSpot (preferred) or similar CRM/marketing platform. Willingness to become certified in Marketing, Sales, Operations hubs.
  • Experience and comfortability utilizing project management software (Asana, ClickUp...etc)
  • Solid understanding of inbound methodology and how to blend it with outbound/allbound efforts.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with an eye for detail and storytelling.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a high-growth environment and enjoys wearing many hats and able to pivot as needs change.
