Audio Visual Technology Support Specialist
Our client, a leading financial services company, is hiring an Audio Visual Technology Support Specialist on a long-term contract basis.

Overview
As a member of the on-site technical support team, you play a crucial role in keeping IT operations running smoothly and ensuring customers have the support they need to effectively utilize technology in their day-to-day work.
Responsibilities
- Audio Visual responsibilities: Microsoft Surface Hubs configuration (display, audio, network); ability to reset or reconfigure as needed.
- Crestron: diagnose and resolve network connectivity, audio, and video issues; ensure devices connect to the network.
- Microsoft Teams Rooms: diagnose connectivity, troubleshoot user interface and meeting controls, ensure proper display of meeting information.
- Support additional technologies: Condeco, Barco Click Share, Pano, Polycom, Cisco, and AV equipment (speakers, cameras, monitors/kiosks).
Technical Responsibilities
- Provide support to all customers within coverage locations (onsite, client engagements, or off-site).
- Troubleshoot PC, Mac, application, AV, and network connectivity issues.
- ServiceNow ticket management; prioritize tickets and monitor SLAs.
- Support Microsoft Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications: Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Office 365.
- Asset management: shipping, receiving, tracking, and managing hardware assets from acquisition through disposal.
- Printer support: installation, configuration, relocation, and troubleshooting.
- Event and meeting support (onsite or off-site).
- Occasional travel to support other locations, client engagement sites, or off-site events.
- Provide remote hands support guided by our network operations team (checking ports, tracing cables, rebooting devices, upgrading devices).
- Occasional after-hours support may be required.
