This is a part-time contract role that will work in and out of our office in SLC, Utah.

We're seeking a talented and driven Social Media Manager to join our growing team and manage the social media presence for one of our clients. This role offers the perfect blend of creative freedom, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution in a collaborative environment.

This isn't your typical social media manager position. We're looking for someone who has the ability to help with both the creation of the posts as well as the sharing of them. Taste and the ability to hustle are musts.

You'll work directly under our team's supervision and strategic guidance while having the autonomy to create engaging content and build meaningful brand communities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to level up their portfolio while working with diverse brands. Some industries we specialize in include outdoor, western, trades, hunting, fishing, first responder, nutrition, fitness, and military adjacent brands.

What does it entail:

Content Creation & Management

• Develop and execute engaging social media content across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Create visually compelling posts, stories, and video content
• Edit videos and create multimedia content that drives engagement
• Maintain brand voice and visual consistency across all channels (copywriting)

Community Building & Engagement

• Manage and grow brand ambassador programs
• Build authentic relationships with followers and brand advocates
• Respond to comments and messages in a timely, on-brand manner
• Identify and engage with potential brand partners and collaborators

Strategic Execution

• Implement social media strategies developed collaboratively with our team
• Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize content
• Hustle to find creative growth opportunities for each brand

What We're Looking For:

Must Haves

• 2+ years of social media management experience
• Video editing skills in Davinci or Premiere
• Understanding of social media analytics and KPIs
• Self-motivated with a "hustle" mentality
• Experience managing brand partnerships or ambassador programs
