This position must be located in Overland Park, KS; Frisco, TX; or Bellevue, WA. This is not a remote role - this is a hybrid schedule requiring at least 3 days a week in office.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and guide communications projects within T-Studios that are developed for internal employees and external customers. End-to-end project management activities within T-Studios include initial planning/resourcing, leading kick-off meetings, communicating with the partners, managing timelines, reviews/approvals and facilitating the delivery/execution of projects.
  • Build and maintain positive partner relationships with collaboration, negotiation, and consistent open lines of communication.
  • Manage and guide process improvements to overall studio management process within the studio.
  • Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.

Education and Work Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, English, PR or related field (preferred) (or 7 years related work experience post high school)
  • 4+ years - Account Management: in multiple areas of marketing communications
  • 4+ years - Project Management: Working with advertising and marketing communication policies and procedures
  • Must be English/Spanish Fluent (Native Speaker preferred)
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Base Pay Range: $74,100 - $133,700

Corporate Bonus Target: 15%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The actual pay will be based on factors such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for annual bonuses or periodic incentives based on role. Most corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on performance.
