This position must be located in Overland Park, KS; Frisco, TX; or Bellevue, WA. This is not a remote role — this is a hybrid schedule requiring at least 3 days a week in office.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and guide communications projects within T-Studios that are developed for internal employees and external customers. End-to-end project management activities within T-Studios include initial planning/resourcing, leading kick-off meetings, communicating with the partners, managing timelines, reviews/approvals and facilitating the delivery/execution of projects.
- Build and maintain positive partner relationships with collaboration, negotiation, and consistent open lines of communication.
- Manage and guide process improvements to overall studio management process within the studio.
- Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
Education and Work Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, English, PR or related field (preferred) or 7 years related work experience post high school
- 4+ years of Account Management in multiple areas of marketing communications
- 4+ years of Project Management in working with advertising and marketing communication policies and procedures
- Must be English/Spanish fluent (native speaker preferred)
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States

Compensation and Benefits
Base Pay Range: $74,100 - $133,700
Corporate Bonus Target: 15%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The actual pay will be based on location, qualifications, and experience, and starting pay will vary within this range. Most corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance. Some positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on performance.
