This position must be located in Overland Park, KS; Frisco, TX; or Bellevue, WA. This is not a remote role – hybrid schedule requiring at least 3 days a week in office.
Job Overview
T-Mobile’s Studio Manager oversees communication and project management of projects within T-Studios in-house creative & production department, including partner communication, planning/resourcing of projects, creative development, tracking reviews & approvals and delivery/execution of projects.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and guide communications projects within T-Studios that are developed for internal employees and external customers. End-to-end project management activities within T-Studios include initial planning/resourcing, leading kick-off meetings, communicating with partners, managing timelines, reviews/approvals and facilitating the delivery/execution of projects.
- Build and maintain positive partner relationships with collaboration, negotiation, and open lines of communication.
- Manage and guide process improvements to the overall studio management process within the studio.
- Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.
Education and Work Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, English, PR or related field (preferred) (or 7 years related work experience post high school)
- 4+ years in Account Management in multiple areas of marketing communications.
- 4+ years in Project Management working with advertising and marketing communication policies and procedures.
- Must be English/Spanish fluent (Native Speaker preferred)
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States

Compensation & Benefits
Base Pay Range: $74,100 - $133,700
Corporate Bonus Target: 15%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. Actual pay will be based on location, qualifications and experience.
