Responsibilities

• Work within a large multinational documentation team to create technical and microcopy content.
• Utilise AI technologies effectively and securely to create high-quality documentation.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure documentation releases are on schedule according to sprint cycles and release deadlines.
• Contribute to the customer-facing documentation portal, updating documentation based on feedback.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience as a technical writer, ideally in a SaaS environment.
• Experience with Madcap Flare, GitHub, Jira.
• Interest in emergent AI technologies and tools.
• Proven experience creating accessible UX microcopy.
• Experience in an Agile environment.
