Overview
Our client, an international restaurant group, is seeking a creative Social Media Manager to join their headquarters office and lead the social media team in Northern Virginia.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute the social media strategy for North America, collaborating with international marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all markets. Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of brand-aligned posts. Supervise and mentor the Social Media Coordinator, providing feedback and opportunities for growth. Partner across departments to ensure alignment with broader brand initiatives. Manage day-to-day community engagement, responding to customer interactions in alignment with brand voice and providing customer service. Oversee reporting and analytics, providing actionable insights to leadership to improve content effectiveness and ROI.
Qualifications
5+ years of social media experience required, with supervisory experience preferred. A bachelor’s degree is required for this role. Proven ability to create impactful campaigns and manage multiple platforms concurrently. Excellent written communication and technical skills (i.e. all platforms and social media analytics tools). Ability to project manage and collaborate across departments.
About the Role
Salary range of $100K-$110K (DOE). Comprehensive and generous benefits package. On-site 2x/week in the Alexandria, VA office. Incredible office culture with fun perks and free parking.
