We are seeking a dedicated Artist Management Coordinator to serve as the primary liaison between a high-profile artist and their support team, managing the daily operations of the artist's career. - Experience Required: At least 10 years in day-to-day artist management, particularly with established artists.

Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as the daily contact for the artist, managing requests, leading meetings, and coordinating with various team members.
- Regularly provide updates to senior management on activities, goals, and tasks including digital analytics, ticket sales, and press reports.
- Act as the key liaison for internal and external contacts, maintaining ongoing communication about the artist’s plans.
- Oversee and manage the artist's comprehensive schedule and timelines for projects.
- Keep the touring calendar current with availability and confirmed dates.
- Coordinate logistics for tours, including transportation, production, and merchandise.
- Engage with marketing teams on tour planning and promotional strategies.
- Collaborate with record labels on new release campaigns and maintenance of previous releases.
- Work with digital marketing to enhance online presence and utilize metrics for strategic decisions.
- Handle general administration tasks such as filing, tracking contracts and budgets, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
Salary Range: $95,000 - $165,000 commensurate with experience.
