About the role and team
We are looking for a Product Designer to join our Vendor Experience zone within our global product marketplace. In this role, you will be an essential member of a team that is transforming the way wedding pros establish, manage and grow their businesses. You will help tens of thousands of vendors around the world from creatives to SMBs to venue hosts easily set up their storefronts and advertise on customer-facing products, meaningfully connect with engaged couples to bring their dream weddings to life, and delightfully monitor business performance alongside valuable insights and recommendations.
Responsibilities
- As a self-starter, you will manage the end-to-end design process for a clear problem, from ideation to execution, using a data-driven approach.
- You will collaborate with cross-discipline teamsincluding Product Management, Engineering, and Researchto solve user problems together.

- Youll collaborate across teams, iterating on products through continuous feedback and analysis while balancing business, technical, and UX constraints.
- Your work will refine our design system and ensure cohesive, polished experiences across the product ecosystem.
- You will contribute to the design strategy within your product area by deeply understanding what were building and why, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.
Successful candidates have
- Professional experience as a full-stack product designer, with work ranging from problem-solving and ideation to wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs.
- You should have a clear understanding of the problems you are solving and be comfortable with the ambiguity of finding a solution.
Bonus qualifications
- A bachelors or masters degree in Product Design, UX Design, or a related field (or equivalent bootcamp or proven field experience)
- A stunning online portfolio that showcases thoughtful work and sophisticated design solutions for B2B, SaaS, or marketplace digital products
- A creative and problem-solving mindset, with strong critical-thinking skills
- Strong attention to detail and an understanding of how to integrate a brand into an experience
- Experience defining patterns and style guides, performing user testing, and building low to high-fidelity prototypes
- Proficiency in Figma, virtual whiteboard tools, and UX research tools
- Clear communication of how language can simplify, clarify, and enhance an experience
- Understanding of software development and how to best collaborate with engineers
- A passion for research and the ability to balance qualitative feedback, quantitative data, and empathy to drive user-centric solutions
Work model
This role is Together@TKWW-eligible and based in our New York City office. Youll be expected to work in the office two days a week as part of our hybrid work model.
