Job Summary

Layn Natural Ingredients is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team, playing a key role in supporting sales and driving lead-generation activities through tradeshows, external communications, and visual branding. This role requires a proactive and creative professional who can manage projects independently, ensuring that marketing initiatives effectively attract and engage potential customers. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of marketing experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to execute marketing strategies that strengthen brand presence and accelerate business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Trade Show & Event Execution Support tradeshow planning and logistics, including booth setup, collateral development, and on-site coordination, ensuring a seamless event experience.
  • Sales & Lead-Generation Support Create marketing materials, presentations, and sales tools to support business development and customer engagement.
  • External Communications & Digital Presence Manage website content updates, corporate messaging, and online visibility to maintain a compelling brand image and support inbound lead generation.
  • Marketing Campaigns Assist in executing email campaigns, social media, and marketing research, aligning with industry trends and business goals.
  • Lead Marketing Representative for Indiana manufacturing facility (Biovivo) Organize and coordinate Indiana facility site tours for customers / clients / media; Maintain strong communication and collaboration with Biovivo management team to ensure brand consistency.
  • Occasional travel to Indiana Manufacturing facility
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B, ingredients, food & beverage, nutraceuticals, or related industries.
  • Event planning and project management experience with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives.
  • Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and / or Google Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Ability to travel for tradeshows and industry events as needed.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) to track leads and manage customer interactions is a plus.
  • Experience managing website content (WordPress or similar CMS) is a plus.
  • Videography and photography skills are a plus.

Job Details
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Pay: $68,000 - $70,000 per year
