Role: UI/UX Sr. Technical Architect

User Experience Designer:
(UXD) with 5–7 years shaping human-centered digital products. Design elegant, accessible experiences that simplify complex workflows and create measurable value across customer and employee journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups for responsive web and mobile platforms.
- Solve interaction design challenges that balance usability, accessibility, and business objectives.
- Ensure consistency with brand and design systems while exploring new patterns where necessary.
Research & Validation
- Conduct or contribute to user research activities, including usability tests, interviews, and heuristic evaluations.
- Translate insights into actionable design decisions, supporting continuous iteration and improvement.
- Advocate for user needs and ethical design throughout the product lifecycle.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with product owners, engineers, and content teams to shape requirements and co-create user-centric solutions.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Clearly communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders of varying technical backgrounds.
Continuous Improvement
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in UX, product design, or interaction design.
- Strong proficiency with design tools (Figma, Storybook, Adobe CC) and prototyping platforms.
- Experience working in agile environments and collaborating across disciplines.
- Familiar with responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and usability heuristics.
- Training and experience in strategy and design of AI-assisted experiences (personalization, smart search, automation).
- Portfolio demonstrating design thinking, process, and impact across real-world applications.
