We are seeking an experienced and driven Sr. Product Designer to join our Digital Innovation Team reporting to the Executive Director, Product & Design. In this role, you’ll help craft intuitive, elegant digital experiences across our consumer- and physician-facing platforms. You’ll own the end-to-end design process — from discovery and research to interaction design, visual polish, and design system stewardship. You’ll collaborate with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams to ensure our digital products are not only functional but delightful. Lead product discovery efforts with PMs, conducting user research and usability testing (Maze, usertesting.com, interviews, and ad boards). Design user journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI in Figma. Work with product managers to understand requirements and create experiences. Collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team to contribute to the conceptualization, design, and specification of innovative consumer and customer digital products. Create and present design explorations/mockups, both low and high fidelity, with fast turnaround and iterate quickly to visualize and evolve design solutions. Distill complex concepts and rapidly produce rigorous flows, mockups, prototypes, and decks reflecting simple, elegant, and technically feasible designs. Collaborate with other product, interaction, UX designers, and researchers to determine best solutions for customers. Partner with engineers to validate feasibility, provide assets, and ensure high-quality delivery, including prototyping activities and resolving UX design inconsistencies. Drive the evolution of the design system to ensure consistency and scalability across products. Champion accessibility, usability, UX, and inclusive design across all products. Be prepared to quickly grow into increased responsibility and autonomy as you demonstrate skills and reliability. Qualifications & Skills
BA/BS Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, UI Design, Architecture Design, or related field; or equivalent industry experience. 5+ years of experience designing B2B or B2C digital products, across web and mobile. Strong expertise in Figma (required) and experience with design systems. Experience in UX, UI / Visual design, development, shipping products, and developing strong visual design concept work. Online portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work (research, UX, UI, interaction, and visual design). Strong grasp of typography, layout, interaction patterns, and contemporary design trends. Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously; strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to clearly communicate design rationale and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Office suite proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Location, Travel & Other
Office Location - Newport Beach (hybrid onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Travel required up to 5%. Compensation & Benefits
This is an exempt position. The expected pay range for this position is $161,000 to $185,000. You are eligible for a sales incentive; terms apply. Actual base salary determined based on role-relevant knowledge, skills, experience, location, certifications, and other factors.
