Roles & Responsibilities
Lead customer engagement and business development strategies in AI, datacenter, and communications.
Translate technical solutions into system-level value propositions and messaging.
Drive lead generation, demand creation, and customer outreach programs.
Partner with sales to enable solution-based selling and account growth.
Develop and scale programs for customer adoption, retention, and expansion.
Mentor and grow a high-performing team focused on customer-centric results.
Track market trends and customer insights to shape strategies and tactics.
Collaborate with regional leaders on funnel goals, execution, and measurement.
Requirements
10+ years of marketing, customer strategy, or business development leadership.
Proven record of scaling customer engagement and delivering growth.
Experience with technical solutions, solution marketing, and ecosystem strategy.
Familiarity with datacenter, AI, or communications ecosystems (required).
Semiconductor/MEMS industry background (preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (EE or CE preferred); MBA a plus.
Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
Strategic, data-driven thinker with a self-starter mindset.
