Job Details
  • Lead customer marketing and business development strategy across global markets
  • Enable solution-based selling by crafting system-level value propositions and messaging
  • Maximize sales efficiency by providing clear direction on target accounts, applications, and engagement tactics
  • Drive lead generation, outreach programs, and customer adoption/retention initiatives
  • Build strong customer relationships from management to technical architects in collaboration with sales teams
  • Expand and track funnel growth through data-driven strategies with regional sales leadership
  • Synthesize market trends and customer insights into actionable engagement tactics
  • Mentor and grow a high-performing team focused on customer-centric growth

Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (EE/CE preferred); MBA is a plus
  • 10+ years of marketing or business development experience, with a proven record of scaling customer engagements
  • Strong background in solution-based go-to-market strategy and customer adoption programs
  • Familiarity with datacenter technologies, ecosystems, and value chains preferred
  • Experience in timing and semiconductors desirable
  • Demonstrated success in team building and leadership
