BriBiz Entertainment Business Management is seeking an ambitious, detail-oriented Assistant Account Manager to join our growing team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about the music and entertainment industry and looking to build a career in accounting and financial management.

In this role, you'll support the day-to-day financial operations for a diverse roster of clients, including recording artists, songwriters, producers, and other creatives. Working alongside our Business Managers and Account Managers, you'll handle a range of responsibilities behind the scenes, from bookkeeping and managing payables/receivables to preparing financial statements and assisting with client onboarding.

You'll gain a unique insider perspective on how the music business operates, all while helping high-profile and emerging talent stay financially organized and empowered.

What You'll Do:

• Assist in managing finances for entertainment clients
• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and administrative tasks
• Support accounts payable and receivable functions
• Prepare monthly financial statements and ad hoc reports
• Collaborate on special projects and client onboarding

What We're Looking For:

• A strong interest in both the entertainment industry and accounting
• Bachelor's Degree (ideally in Accounting or Finance)
• Strong Excel skills preferred
• Familiarity with QuickBooks or other account platforms is a plus
• A sharp eye for detail and a proactive, organized mindset
• Someone who thrives in a relaxed yet high-performing culture
