Hybrid-Music Publishing Coordinator needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh’s client located in Franklin, TN.

The Big Picture – Top Skills Should You Possess:

• Must have experience with music publishing and co-publishing agreements
• Experience with Music Maestro, Disco and Excel
• Enjoy and a fan of faith-based music
• Hybrid Schedule: M & F - Remote; TWH - Onsite
• Pay Range: $16 - $19/hr; depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Responsible for coordinating song turn ins with writers and admin clients, assisting with advance payments, tracking new releases, and ensuring the best client services experience possible.
• Process payments to writer for demo expenses, writer advances, translation invoice payments, copyright registration funding account, etc.
• Collect metadata including International Standard Recording Codes (ISRCs) and all necessary recording info for new releases, ensuring songs are ready to be registered
• Watch new release spreadsheet to collect dates for team to work towards property set-up.
• Watch Radio schedule closely to identify ads to radio. – ensuring that these songs are properly registered with the correct metadata

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

• Must have experience with music publishing and co-publishing agreements
• Experience with Music Maestro, Disco and Excel
• Strong analytical skills and proven experience with managing lots of data with a keen attention to detail
• Enjoy and a fan of faith-based music
