Marketing Analytics Manager role within Collibra’s Go-To-Market Operations team to support the Marketing organization. This is a hybrid role based in our Raleigh office, requiring you to work from the office at least two days each week. Base pay range
$116,000.00/yr - $145,000.00/yr Compensation and Benefits
The standard base salary range for this position is $116,000 to $145,000 per year. This position is not eligible for additional commission-based compensation. Salary offers are based on factors including experience, skills, and location. In addition to base salary, we offer equity ownership at every level, bonus potential, a Flex Fund monthly stipend, pension/401k plans, and more. Building, maintaining, and updating Marketing dashboards in Tableau to measure business performance. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders on campaign planning (targeting, strategy, objectives, and measurement) to set clear and measurable objectives. Analyzing Marketing KPIs to assess campaign and program effectiveness as it relates to the company’s Marketing Mix. Presenting findings and actionable recommendations to the leadership team. Monitoring the Demand Waterfall/lead funnel to track lead flow and conversions, and performing routine diagnostics to identify breakdowns. What You Have
4+ years experience in Marketing Analytics. Experience with web analytics reporting (GA4) and reporting from digital ad platforms (LinkedIn, Google, Bing). Understanding of core Marketing processes and metrics (Marketing automation, lead routing & management, sales funnel, pipeline attribution, etc.). Proficiency in Salesforce and Tableau. Fundamental SQL skills with ETL familiarity. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related working experience is required. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. You Are

Within the first month, develop a solid understanding of the Marketing business framework. Within the third month, regularly contribute to Marketing reporting updates and share findings and recommendations that guide business outcomes. Within the sixth month, develop new dashboards aligned to Collibra’s marketing reporting and business needs, providing actionable opportunities for pipeline growth. Team and Location
Joining Collibra’s Go-to-Market Operations team. Reports to the Senior Director, Business Intelligence & Data Analytics, and collaborates with a team of data and BI specialists. This role is based in Raleigh with hybrid work expectations. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. 4+ years of marketing analytics experience. SQL, Tableau, Salesforce proficiency. GA4 and digital advertising platform analytics experience. Employment Type
