Overview

We’re hiring a Production Artist for a two-month contract with a healthcare marketing agency. Hours: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM Eastern Time. This role involves preparing and finalizing design files for print and digital production, building mechanical components, editing files in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and generating precise PDFs with Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and finalize design files for print and digital production.
• Build mechanical components for production.
• Edit files in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; generate PDFs with Acrobat.
• Manage and organize project files; create PowerPoint presentations.
• Collaborate with creative and project teams to meet technical standards.

Qualifications

• Must work 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM Eastern Timezone.
• Proven experience as a Production Artist or in a similar role.
• Strong file preparation skills for print and digital formats.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with mechanical building for print production.
• Competency in Acrobat and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Workfront (nice to have).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
