Overview

The Arts & Learning Conservatory is seeking passionate Theatre Teaching Artists to lead after-school theatre classes for elementary students across Orange County and Paramount.

Classes run twice a week (60–90 minutes each) throughout the school year, focusing on acting, character development, improvisation, and basic choreography in a fun and supportive environment.

Location and Schedule

In-person | Paramount / Orange County Elementary Schools

Part-Time (approx. 25–35 hours per week depending on class schedule)

Base pay

$25.00/hr - $35.00/hr

What We’re Looking For

• Experience teaching theatre to children
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills
• Reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic about arts education

Requirements

• Live Scan (through ALC)
• TB test & background check
