Overview

Team Lead, Enterprise Talent Services at Motion Recruitment. Our client, a digital health company, is looking for someone to join their team as a Digital Media Analyst.

This is a hybrid 6 month contract position in Cincinnati, OH

Base pay range

$36.00/hr - $38.00/hr

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelors degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, health care, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on campaign design, set up, and execution.
• Knowledge of digital advertising ecosystem and experience working with programmatic platforms and technologies.
• Familiarity with ad serving technologies, data management platforms (DMPs), and ad exchanges
• The ability to analyze data, interpret campaign performance metrics, and optimize advertising strategies accordingly

What You Will be Doing

• Collaborate with our client-facing sales team to develop customized proposals that align with client objectives and budgets.
• Develop compelling proposal options in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner, demonstrating a deep understanding of clients needs and preferences.
• Scope and recommend innovative and impactful campaigns that resonate with our clients' target audiences.
• Identify and reach specific audience segments by leveraging audience insights, demographic data, and market trends. This involves campaign scoping, setting campaign goals, and identifying key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Continuously evaluate and optimize campaign tactics to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide regular reporting on impressions, click through rates and other relevant key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with our strategy & insights team on the delivery of audience quality and script lift insights.
