As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly motivated, creative, and organized Social Media Manager to help elevate our brand presence and drive engagement.
Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and autonomous Social Media Manager, who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, has strong attention to detail, and possesses an understanding of successful content creation. They will be responsible for managing our content calendar, creating content, posting on our social media platforms, and ensuring that all aspects of our social media strategy align with our brand goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the content calendar, ensuring timely and strategic posts across all platforms.
- Creating content, including brainstorming engaging and on-brand social media posts.
- Ensure thumbnails are optimized for social media feeds.
- Creating a cohesive social media aesthetic.
- Maintain organization and structure around each new product launch, aligning marketing efforts and content schedules accordingly.
- Assist in executing photoshoots, including location scouting, prop coordination, setup, and cleanup.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with an ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with various team members and vendors.
- Creativity and an eye for aesthetics to ensure high-quality, engaging content.
- Ability to track multiple projects and keep timelines on schedule.
- A passion for mental health and wellness is a plus!
