St. George’s University invites applicants for the position of Paid Media Coordinator within the Marketing & Digital Strategy Team.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Paid Media Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our digital acquisition efforts. This role will assist with campaign execution, creative coordination, performance tracking, and foundational SEO tasks to support marketing initiatives across St. George’s University, Rocky Vista University, and other Medforth institutions.
This position is ideal for an early-career digital marketer seeking hands-on experience in paid media, SEO, and marketing operations within a dynamic, mission-driven team. You’ll work closely with internal marketing leads, creative teams, and agency partners to ensure campaigns are well-coordinated, on time, and data-informed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Paid Media Coordination & Support: Support the setup and coordination of digital ad campaigns across channels: Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Programmatic Display, and Audio.
- Maintain creative asset trackers; manage deadlines, asset versioning, and trafficking coordination with internal and agency teams.
- Assist with QA of ad copy, targeting parameters, and final campaign builds to ensure accurate launch.
- Organize UTMs and manage naming conventions to ensure consistency across paid media asset libraries for all campaigns.
- Track campaign live dates, monitor spend pacing, and escalate any irregularities to the Paid Media Manager.
Performance Data & Reporting
- Pull weekly and monthly paid media performance data for internal dashboards and reports.
- Aggregate metrics across platforms (CPL, CTR, ROAS, conversions, etc.) to support trend analysis and reporting cycles.
- Help prepare presentations for campaign recaps and optimization discussions.
SEO Coordination & Execution Support
- Assist with keyword research and competitive analysis in partnership with SEO agency and internal teams.
- Help coordinate implementation of on-page optimizations including metadata, headers, and internal linking.
- Monitor SEO health metrics such as crawl errors, broken links, and page load performance using tools like Google Search Console and SEMrush.
- Coordinate blog content development timelines and maintain the blog publishing calendar in collaboration with content and SEO agency teams.
- Support organic search tracking efforts by pulling traffic reports and keyword rankings.
Cross-Team Support & Administration
- Coordinate creative reviews and approvals for campaign deliverables.
- Assist in aligning paid and SEO content with larger marketing initiatives, ensuring consistency across digital touchpoints.
- Support project timelines, meeting recaps, and documentation for marketing initiatives, ensuring organized workflows across teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience (internships or entry-level roles) in digital marketing, paid media, or SEO preferred.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Search Console, or SEMrush is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with experience in data entry, reporting, or campaign QA.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable with spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) and presentation tools (Google Slides/PowerPoint).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
Work Environment/Physical Demands
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
The position is an office position operating in a professional environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, scanners and filing cabinets.
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time.
Hours and Travel
- A typical work week is 40 hours Monday to Friday with flexible start, lunch break and end day. Weekend work will be as is required.
