Boeing is hiring: Commercial Training User Experience Design Manager in Seattle

Overview

Boeing is seeking a UX Design Manager for Commercial Training User Experience at Seattle, WA. This onsite position leads a team of UX Designers supporting Commercial Training Solutions, Product Management, and Technology Solutions. You will oversee the management of existing technologies and lead the development of new pilot and maintenance digital training products for airline customers and Boeing training campuses. You will ensure a quality customer experience across five portfolios: Core Systems, Early Career, Learning Infrastructure, Learner Solutions, and Management Solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the UX design process from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs
• Guide the team conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering feedback to inform design decisions
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience
• Collaborate with and lead product designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a collaborative team environment
• Manage development and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products

Basic Qualifications (Required)

• 10+ years' related work experience in UX design and/or development, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions
• Formal or informal leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications (Desired)

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Knowledge and experience of Boeing Commercial Training Solutions preferred
