Overview

As the Web & Media Analytics Manager at Rosewood Hotel Group, you will lead data-driven decision-making across digital platforms and media channels. You will manage the execution of digital measurement solutions, addressing tracking, personalization, and analytics implementation goals. You will analyze website performance, media campaign effectiveness, and customer behavior to inform digital strategy and enhance the digital guest journey. You will collaborate with stakeholders across Digital, Marketing, Brand, Product, Commercial, and eCommerce to ensure insights drive business decisions. The ideal candidate combines strong technical proficiency in analytics tools with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for department heads. This is a full-time, exempt position. This position is open to candidates based in Dallas, TX or New York City.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Implement, configure, and maintain web and media analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics, GA4, social media insights tools); ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
  • Tag Management: Coordinate tagging through Adobe Launch and Google Tag Manager; validate measurement techniques across digital products and marketing.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track website and media channel metrics (traffic, engagement, conversion rates, audience behavior) and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Reporting and Visualization: Create and maintain regular reports and dashboards; visualize data using tools such as Adobe Analytics, Power BI, and Looker to enable clear, actionable insights.
  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitors; provide recommendations to maintain competitive edge and stay current with evolving tracking technologies and best practices.
  • Optimization and Strategy: Develop data-driven strategies with cross-functional teams to improve website and media performance; advise on digital media and CRM tracking (Google Marketing Platform, DSPs, CDPs, Salesforce Marketing Cloud); conduct A/B testing and UX analysis to enhance engagement and conversions.
  • Data Governance and Compliance: Ensure data privacy and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA); establish data governance practices; educate stakeholders on data collection and privacy concerns; maintain tagging standards across platforms; collaborate with IT, marketing, digital, content, and design on analytics integration; work with external agencies to align measurement strategies and reporting; collaborate with global property teams to support local goals; provide training on web and media analytics.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in web and media analytics or a similar role.
  • Subject matter expertise in tracking architecture, tag management, conventions/taxonomies, and martech platforms including analytics and digital personalization.
  • Experience implementing and maintaining web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) and tag management systems (Adobe Launch, GTM); proficiency in implementing and troubleshooting tracking codes.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Power BI) and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies.
  • Proven ability to transform data into valuable analyses for cross-functional teams; excellent communication and presentation skills; strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Experience with global markets and location-based businesses.
  • Adobe Certified Expert Adobe Analytics Business Practitioner (Developer certification a plus).

  • Salary: Approximately $110,000$126,000 annually; bonuses may be possible depending on experience and other factors.
