- Salary: $79,500-116,000
What You’ll Do
- Oversee production logistics from development through delivery across multiple shows
- Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and staffing plans
- Supervise production teams, including full-time staff, student employees, and contractors
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Content, Programming, Legal, Finance, and Marketing
- Support operational strategy and workflow improvements
- Mentor student employees in meaningful, mission-aligned work experiences
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in TV/media production or related field
- 5+ years of experience in producing, scheduling, and budgeting (senior-level experience required for Level 55)
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- Financial acumen and strategic thinking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and production systems
Preferred:
- 7+ years of senior-level production management experience
- Familiarity with BYUB systems and workflows
- Understanding of Church standards and values in media production
