Prenuvo
Overview
Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics at Prenuvo. Prenuvo is on a mission to flip the paradigm from reactive "sick-care" to proactive health care. Our award-winning whole body scan is fast (under 1 hour), safe (MRI has no ionizing radiation), and non-invasive (no contrast). Our integrated stack of optimized hardware, software, and AI, along with the patient-centric experience across our clinics, aims to lead the change against "we caught it too late again". This position is fully remote and preference will be given to candidates who can work EST hours. Help reshape the world through proactive healthcare while working with cutting-edge technology and high-performing teams. What You'll Do
Develop and implement comprehensive measurement frameworks to evaluate performance across the full marketing funnel (awareness, consideration, conversion, retention). Build and refine forecasting models to project demand and revenue growth using funnel data, including traffic, lead conversions, bookings, and downstream metrics. Track and optimize bottom-up consumer funnel KPIs; partner with Marketing and Finance to model growth scenarios to hit short- and long-term goals. Design and execute incrementality tests, A/B experiments, and advanced causal inference analyses to determine the real impact of marketing activities. Lead the development of Marketing Mix Models (MMM) to inform and optimize channel spend allocation. Collaborate with Growth, Lifecycle, and Brand teams to generate actionable insights from cohort analyses and performance breakdowns across paid, organic, and lifecycle efforts. Work with Data Engineering to define ETL requirements, build data models, and ensure the data warehouse supports high-quality growth marketing insights. Tagging and instrumentation: implement and maintain event tracking (e.g., Google Tag Manager, server-side tracking) with compliance to internal data standards. Own the test & learn roadmap: prioritize experiments, align stakeholders, document results, and drive continuous optimization. Build and maintain dashboards in Looker/Tableau and spreadsheet-based models to track performance, inform forecasts, and present executive-level insights. Support executive reporting with clear data storytelling and visualizations to inform business planning and resource allocation. Contribute to scalable data pipelines and automations by collaborating with data engineering and RevOps teams. What You'll Bring
5–7 years of experience in marketing analytics, growth strategy, or business intelligence—preferably in a B2C or B2B SaaS or consumer technology environment. Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent experience). Expertise in SQL, Python, Excel/Google Sheets, Looker/Tableau, and familiarity with Salesforce, Databricks, and Google Analytics. Experience working with multi-source data sets: digital marketing platforms, CRMs, web analytics, internal product data, etc. Strong understanding of forecasting, causal inference, incrementality testing, and MMM methodologies. Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, event tagging, and server-side tracking implementations. Working knowledge of ETL design and collaboration with engineering teams to enable robust, analytics-ready data pipelines and models. Strong grasp of statistical concepts: regression, time-series modeling, hypothesis testing, Bayesian methods, etc. Exceptional communicator who can distill technical findings into actionable insights for stakeholders across marketing, sales, product, and finance.
