Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed CAD drawings for residential subdivisions and public improvement plans.
Support engineers and planners with design development, drafting, and project
Documentation.
Ensure drawings comply with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.
Revise and update plans based on engineer and client feedback.
Maintain organized project files and drawing sets for submittals.
Qualifications: 2+ years of CAD drafting experience in civil engineering or land development. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D required. Experience preparing subdivision maps, grading, utility, and street improvement plans. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
