This role is onsite 5 days a week in Fremont, CA
About the Role Responsibilities
Plan and manage storefront content for Korean-English and Korean language storefronts, develop targeted content aligned with company-wide campaigns and SKU strategies based on customer lifecycle stages (e.g. loyalty members, students)
Collaborate with Merchandising to align content strategies with customer segmentation and retention goals, improving conversion and repeat purchase rates
Leverage AI tools to create high-quality, brand-consistent content to drive engagement and sales
Create video and photo content of food items that can be found and purchased on Weee! (deliverables: video itself, GIFs, photos, etc.)
Develop best-in-class app pushes, emails, and website collections that drive revenue
Monitor daily banners, email automations and data processes, troubleshoot when necessary
Analyze performance data to identify underperforming content, optimize accordingly, and report monthly KPIs and segment insights
Deliver weekly performance reports to the Market leader
Communicate and prioritize tasks on projects with Product, Data, Marketing, Merchandising teams
Provide Korean translations to support cross-functional initiatives
Qualifications Deep understanding of the Korean and Korean American community, including their taste palette, food trends and culture
Bachelor's degree or 1+ year of relevant experience applicable to marketing, digital media marketing, advertising, and communications industry
1+ year of email and push marketing experience
Excellent writing and editing skills are essential
Ability to analyze data and draw insights from content performance metrics
Proficiency with standard design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Figma, Canva
Familiarity with Klaviyo, an email marketing tool
Compensation The US base salary range for this full-time position is $68,640-70,000
This role may be eligible to discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits
