Video Editor & A/V Support Intern (Fort Washington, PA - Hybrid)

Hours: Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week. Flexible schedule with the ability to come onsite several times a week, occasionally on short notice.

Location: Lincoln Investment, 601 Office Center Drive, Fort Washington, PA 19034

Basic Function: We're seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy individual to primarily support video editing and post-production, with opportunities to assist in studio productions, livestreaming, and webinar support. This role is ideal for a college student or early-career professional who wants hands-on experience editing professional content and learning the workflows of a modern video production studio. We will provide training, but you must bring strong technical skills, excellent grammar, and the ability to learn quickly. Primary responsibilities include:

• Edit short- and long-form video content in Adobe Premiere Pro (with potential for cross-training in After Effects and Audition).
• Organize and manage media assets, project files, and exports for efficient workflow.
• Apply lower thirds, captions, and graphics while ensuring grammatical accuracy.
• Color correct and adjust audio for a polished, professional final product.
• Deliver videos in various formats optimized for web, social media, or internal platforms.

Studio & Live Production:

• Assist with multi-camera studio shoots using Blackmagic ATEM switchers.
• Operate recording software such as OBS Studio.
• Set up and break down lighting, cameras, and microphones.
• Support live webinars using GoToWebinar, Zoom, or similar platforms setup, tech checks, live monitoring, troubleshooting.
• Help maintain high-quality audio and video standards during productions.

Requirements:

• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong grammar and attention to detail.
• Highly organized, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Reliable transportation to and from the office.
• Must be able to lift and move equipment (up to 40 lbs).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience editing in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Experience with OBS Studio or other livestreaming tools.
• Familiarity with Blackmagic ATEM switchers or similar hardware.
• Experience operating DSLR/mirrorless/video cameras.
• Basic understanding of lighting and audio for video.
