The Farmville Herald is hiring: News Editor in Farmville

Farmville Newsmedia, LLC is looking for a talented, experienced editor to continue the multi-
media’s organization’s evolution to a digital-first environment. We are focused on driving web
traffic and providing compelling content for our varied editorial products, both online and in
print. Farmville is a historic but progressive community. It has a great small college town vibe
with an economy driven by Longwood University, Hampden-Sydney College and Green Front
Furniture. The High Bridge, along with three area state parks provide plenty of outdoor
recreational opportunities. With a lively downtown and a growing restaurant scene, the town is
coming alive and reckoning with its history, as is The Farmville Herald.
