About the Role:
We’re seeking a Temporary Creative Project Manager (4–6 months) to lead the creative process from kickoff through final delivery. In this role, you’ll ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Serving as the primary liaison across cross-functional teams, you’ll drive communication, align stakeholders, and keep campaign workflows moving seamlessly—even under tight deadlines.
What You\'ll Do:
- Drive the end-to-end creative process for campaigns, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality under tight deadlines.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, proactively managing communication and alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Lead project status meetings, track next steps, and provide timely follow-ups to close open items and maintain accountability.
- Oversee campaign deliverables with rigor - tracking rounds of feedback, ensuring stakeholder notes are fully addressed, and escalating issues when needed.
- Manage the full approval and clearance process for advertising and marketing materials in close partnership with Legal, Clearances, and Music teams.
- Track budgets and project spend with accuracy across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Anticipate challenges and provide proactive updates to key stakeholders—including Creative Ops leadership and executive team members - to ensure alignment and confidence in project progress.
- Apply strong knowledge of creative deliverables, workflows, and production processes to keep projects moving smoothly.
- Maintain meticulous organization of project files and assets, ensuring accessibility and clarity for all team members.
- Verify that all final deliverables meet required technical specifications and creative standards across platforms.
Your Background:
- 5+ years of experience in multi-channel, end-to-end campaign production or project management at an agency, network, or streaming service.
- Expertise or strong working knowledge of Airtable preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple, high-volume, high-speed projects and competing deadlines, with excellent prioritization and time management skills.
- Strategic mindset with a passion for developing data-informed creative campaigns and artwork.
- Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Deep passion for Movies and TV, with strong knowledge of the entertainment landscape.

Pay and Benefits
Hourly Rate: $50 per hour in eligible high cost labor markets such as Los Angeles, New York City, and San Francisco. This role is eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
