We are currently seeking a dedicated Community Manager to join our team at a 260+ unit affordable housing community. The Community Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure compliance with Section 42 (IRS) and/or Project-Based Section 8 (HUD) regulations, and foster a positive living environment for residents.
