About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic team player to join our Creative Strategy team in New York, operating under a hybrid in-office model. In this role, you’ll primarily focus on a high-profile Fortune 500 brand in the rideshare and delivery space, collaborating with the account management team to bring creative strategy to life within creator marketing efforts. You will be involved throughout the full campaign process, from brief and concept development through content creation and reporting. This is a unique opportunity to work with an iconic brand, push creative boundaries, and collaborate with a passionate team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Creative Team to develop detailed, multi-platform creator marketing campaign strategies for multiple client verticals
- Distill client briefs, conduct research and analysis to develop strategic concepts and plans
- Leverage social listening and primary data to develop insights that drive creator initiatives
- Develop strategic recommendations for dedicated accounts, considering client preferences, competitive learnings, and industry trends
- Provide reactive creative feedback on content from both organic and paid perspectives
- Collaborate with the account management team to review campaign performance and optimize in real time
- Contribute insights that elevate the Creative Team’s work
- Stay updated on main social platforms and creator-related trends
- Create impactful presentations and reports that clearly articulate the strategic plan
- Analyze campaign impact and prepare wrap reports
- Design high-quality, on-brand assets for internal and external use
- Communicate and defend the rationale behind the strategy
- Manage a high volume of work from start to finish
- Demonstrate strong presentation and communication skills
Experience
- 3 - 5 years of experience in creative strategy, creator marketing, social media, or related fields
- Proven experience in experiential marketing and production
- Strong background in graphic design
- Expertise in leading creator-related concepts and strategies
- Understanding of social media, brand, and influencer marketing
- Bonus: experience creating content on TikTok, Instagram, or other platforms
Skills and Qualifications
- Graphic design skills with experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
- Ability to conduct research, develop insights, concept ideas, and evaluate impact
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present complex ideas simply
- Familiarity with the RFP process and crafting effective responses
- Ability to process data and identify trends
- Dynamic, resourceful, and able to manage multiple projects with fast turnarounds
- Deep understanding of the creator space, branded content, and digital advertising
- Comfortable working with a diverse client portfolio (e.g., Automotive, TV/Film, Lifestyle, Fashion & Beauty, CPG, Gaming)
- Proficiency in Google Slides, PowerPoint, and/or Keynote

The expected salary range for this role is $80,000–$115,000 USD, depending on experience.
